Nomad horse bows
Our bows are made in Hungary, designed by Lajos Kassai, a master of horseback archery.
Keeping the exterior traditional, but using the best materials and the most advanced technology available on the interior these bows are practically indestructible and maintain constant technical parameters even in extreme weather conditions.
The construction of the handle and ears are ash wood, and the bellies are fibreglass. (Except for the laminated bows) The wood and fibreglass pieces interlock and their joints are wrapped together with nylon thread. The bellies are then wrapped in leather and finally wrapped and glued using nylon or cotton cord.
The bows are made without arrow rests, so may be used either right or left handed. The pull is extremely smooth and the velocity of their cast is noticeably faster than a longbow or recurve of similar poundage. When firing a shaft there is little or no kickback. They may be used either with western or eastern style of shooting.
Check out the exciting new laminated bows, they are the top of the range models! They are "light as a feather" and a dream to shoot with.
