This is a laminated version of a magyar bow.
The construction creates a great flexibility for an amazingly low weight. This noticeably increases the horsebow design's already impressive efficiency. It is very sensitive to inappropriate bending while stringing the bow, and therefore is not recommended for beginners.
This bow is symmetrical.
